Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without contacting our support first will result in a permanent blacklist.

Once an order has been successfully delivered, no refunds will be processed.
PayPal spending limits or extra verification steps may apply in certain cases.

Payment details are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted and secure payment platform. We do not store credit card information.
